If you have botanical sensitivities or strong ingredient dislikes, add them to the Special instructions note in your cart before checkout. These preferences will be considered where possible, but the blends contain variable botanicals and cannot be guaranteed free from a particular ingredient.

How to Use

1. Add a small amount to warm bath water or a foot soak.
2. Allow the salts to dissolve and the botanicals to infuse.
3. Settle into your chosen intention through quiet reflection, meditation or another personal ritual.
4. Remove loose botanicals before draining the water and rinse the bath after use.

For easier cleanup, place the salts in a reusable bath tea bag, muslin pouch or fine strainer before adding them to the water. Do not reuse wet salts or botanicals.

Ingredients and Materials

The salt base contains approximately equal proportions of magnesium salt, Himalayan rock salt and Epsom salt. Dried herbs, flowers and other botanicals vary according to the selected intention, giving each blend a light natural botanical aroma.
