Purchasing a mystery product means that the exact contents are intentionally unknown at the time of purchase.

Disliking the selection, receiving an item you would not have personally chosen or expecting different contents does not mean that the product is faulty.

Mystery contents may vary from product photographs, previous orders, social media content and orders received by other customers.

The size of individual contents may affect the number of items received. A mystery scoop may contain several small items, one or more larger items, or a mixture of both.

8. Personalised Products

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete personalisation information through the method specified on the product page.

This may include:

• Dates of birth
• Zodiac or birth-chart information
• Intentions
• Colours
• Fragrance preferences
• Spiritual interests
• Deities or paths
• Requested exclusions
• Other details relevant to the product

Personal preferences will be considered where possible but are not guaranteed unless Coven of Genesis expressly confirms them in writing.

Providing a preference does not convert that preference into a guaranteed product specification.

Where a product listing permits substitutions, an unavailable ingredient, crystal, fragrance, container or packaging style may be replaced with a suitable alternative of equal or greater value that is consistent with the product’s theme, category, intention or purpose.

Preparation may begin shortly after payment. Changes requested after preparation begins may not be possible.

Coven of Genesis is not responsible for an unsatisfactory result caused by incorrect, incomplete, contradictory or unclear information supplied by the customer.

9. Allergies and Sensitivities

Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable product description, available ingredient information, labels and safety instructions before purchasing or using a product.

Allergy and sensitivity information must be submitted through the method stated on the applicable product page. Where a product instructs customers to use checkout notes, that information must be entered in the checkout notes.

Providing allergy or sensitivity information does not guarantee that every request can be accommodated.

If we cannot safely or reasonably accommodate a disclosed requirement, we may contact the customer, propose an alternative or cancel and refund the affected product.

Customers must not use a product containing an ingredient they know or reasonably suspect is unsuitable for them.

Coven of Genesis is not responsible for injury, damage or loss caused by misuse, improper storage, failure to follow instructions or use for an unintended purpose, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Information about crystals, herbs, intentions, rituals, astrology, spiritual practices and energetic properties is provided according to traditional, cultural, symbolic or spiritual associations.

Individual beliefs and experiences vary.

No product or service is represented as being able to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent a medical or mental health condition.

Spiritual information must not be used as a substitute for qualified medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice.

12. Tarot Readings and Spiritual Services

Tarot readings, intuitive guidance, spellwork and other spiritual services are provided for personal reflection, spiritual exploration or entertainment purposes.

No particular emotional, romantic, financial, physical, legal, medical or spiritual outcome is promised or guaranteed.

A reading or spiritual service must not be treated as:

• Professional advice
• A guarantee of another person’s actions

• A substitute for professional assistance
• A basis for urgent health, legal, financial or safety decisions

Customers remain responsible for their decisions, actions and interpretations.

A customer disagreeing with a reading, disliking its content or not experiencing a desired result does not mean that the purchased service was supplied incorrectly.

13. Digital Products

Digital products and written services will be supplied using the delivery method stated in the applicable product description.

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing an accurate email address
• Checking inbox, spam and filtered folders
• Ensuring that their device can access the supplied format
• Downloading or saving files where required
• Keeping purchased content for personal use only

Digital products, readings, guides and written content must not be copied, resold, redistributed, published or commercially exploited without written permission.

14. Orders and Contract Formation

An automated order confirmation acknowledges that the order has been received. It does not prevent us from conducting reasonable payment, stock, safety, address or fraud checks.

We reserve the right to provide relevant records to Shopify, PayPal, banks and payment providers when responding to a chargeback or payment dispute.

• Carrier investigation outcomes

Submitting false information in connection with a chargeback or payment dispute may result in the refusal of future orders and referral to the relevant payment provider or authority.

20. Shipping and Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

Once lodged, the physical transportation, scanning, routing and delivery of a parcel are performed by an independent delivery provider.

If you submit a review, photograph, testimonial, comment or other content, you confirm that:

• It does not disclose another person’s private information

You grant Coven of Genesis a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to reproduce, display, format and use voluntarily submitted customer content for website, social media and promotional purposes.

We may remove customer content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, unrelated, misleading or infringes another person’s rights.

We will not knowingly alter a review in a manner that misrepresents the customer’s opinion.

27. Customer Conduct and Communications

We may restrict communication channels, refuse future service or cancel unfulfilled orders where a person:

Restricting future service does not remove any obligation relating to an existing accepted order.

Coven of Genesis is not responsible for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Fire

• Supplier interruption

• Government restrictions
• Customs delays

Where such an event affects an accepted order, we may contact the customer, adjust the estimated timeframe or provide another appropriate solution.

30. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coven of Genesis is not responsible for loss, injury or damage caused by:

• Improper storage

Coven of Genesis is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable and was not caused by our failure to meet an applicable legal obligation.
