One of the questions I get asked the most is, "What exactly is an intention?"

The answer is actually really simple.

An intention is simply deciding what you want to invite more of into your life. It's choosing something you want to focus on, nurture, or work towards. It doesn't have to be complicated or perfectly worded. In fact, the simplest intentions are often the most powerful.

For me, intention setting is at the heart of every personalised spiritual product I create. Rather than making products that are one-size-fits-all, I love creating items that feel personal to you and the chapter of life you're currently in.

There Isn't a "Perfect" Intention

One thing I always tell people is not to overthink it.

Your intention doesn't have to sound poetic or deeply spiritual.

It can simply be:

"I want to stop doubting myself."

"I want to let go of the past."

Personally, I don't believe a candle, crystal or ritual oil magically changes your life overnight.
